- Don’t Eat Pete
There are many free Don't Eat Pete printables online. Have a bag of M&M's or another small treat ready.
- Fishing
This game includes lots of fish-shaped questions on paper. The yellow are hard and the red are easy. The stick has string attached to it and a piece of magnet attached to that. Get paper clips and clip them on each piece of paper. Spread the papers out and watch the kids go fishing and answer the gospel questions!
- The Iron Rod
A Stick with lots of yarn around it serves as the iron rod and a flash light is used to lead the way. This is very fun with all the lights off in the house and can lead to a very spiritual lesson in the end.
- LDS Bingo
Finding free bingo sheets to print off is very easy. There are many different versions so every player has a different sheet. They are laminated so the stickers can stick. An extra blank sheet of laminated paper serves as a place to keep the stickers so they are re-usable. The stickers are found very cheap at stores that carry craft supplies.
- Red Light, Green Light
A paint stick from Home Depot was used and black, red, and green construction paper for the traffic light. This can be fun for just one child as well as many.
- The Temple
This took handy skills to make because of the wood cutting and painting. If you can find anything to simply represent the temple, even toy blocks or legos, it would still be fun and the kids would love to help build it together. The information and pictures came from the church website and are a great way to teach the children all about temples.
